Marta and Lloyd Smith are full-time active property investors with a long track record of transforming tired properties into modern family homes in just six to eight weeks. They successfully run a number of different property businesses, including a construction company. As they continue to build their multi-million pound portfolio of high-yielding rental properties, they found their passion in teaching others how to achieve the same.

Rupert Chapman

Rupert spent ten years at senior management level with Aldi as part of the pioneering team that brought the supermarket giant into the UK. Alongside considerable corporate business experience, this exposed him to the world of retail and distribution property acquisition and development.

Rupert then started on his own and developed a company that was to expand to encompass insurance, tax, VAT, legal, H&S and employment consultancy. The company achieved Investors in People and also regulated status with FSA (FCA) and SRA. Most notable the company was uniquely listed in the Virgin Atlantic/Sunday Times fastrack 100 in three consecutive years. This company underwent two equity sales, the most recent being in 2013, when Rupert then focussed full time on property.

Along with his wife, Elena, he successfully grew an Ofsted regulated private training provider from scratch and this business was sold in 2016. Property development and investment has been a feature of activity throughout his career and is now a full time passion.
